The Honduras Stock Exchange - Bolsa Centroamericana de Valores (BCV) and Royal Securities Exchange of Bhutan (RSEB) have solidified their commitment to transparency and sustainability by becoming a member of the UN Sustainable Stock Exchanges initiative.

The UN SSE initiative presented its recent report on gender equality on the corporate boards in Latin America as part of the Panamanian exchange Latinex’ annual event to celebrate International Women's Day (IWD). As part of the global event ‘Ring the Bell for Gender Equality’, Latinex is holding its 6th annual bell ringing ceremony on IWD to raise awareness for gender equality.

17 October 2023, Abu Dhabi, UAE - Bursa Malaysia, the Indonesian Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Thailand announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the United Nations Sustainable Stock Exchanges (UN SSE) flagship event, the SSE Global Dialogue, held every two years as part of the UNCTAD World Investment Forum.

Stock exchanges, together with the UN SSE, IFC and the IFRS Foundation, will be providing global market participants with high-quality training and guidance on the latest standards for climate and sustainability disclosures published by the IFRS Foundation’s International Sustainability Standards Board.
