22-27 October 2026 – The United Nations Sustainable Stock Exchanges initiative (UN SSE) convened a series of events during the UN Biodiversity Conference (CBD COP17) in Yerevan, Armenia, exploring how capital markets can support implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF).
Yerevan, Armenia | October 2026 – The United Nations Sustainable Stock Exchanges initiative (UN SSE) and the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) made exchange action centre stage at the United Nation Biodiversity Summit COP17, launching a new guide for stock exchanges on nature.
Nature-related financial disclosure has moved from a niche sustainability topic to a mainstream market and policy priority.
This workshop is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and tools to understand and address nature-related dependencies, impacts, risks and opportunities in line with the latest recommendations on this topic.
The UN Sustainable Stock Exchanges (SSE) Initiative will be in Yerevan, Armenia, for the UN Biodiversity Conference (CBD COP17), co-hosting four events on how capital markets can help finance nature and support implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF).
