Held on the sidelines of the UN Biodiversity Conference (COP17), this joint event by the UN SSE Initiative and the Armenian Institute of Directors looks at the board's role in overseeing sustainability-related disclosures.

The session will bring together standard setters, board directors and experts. They will discuss how boards can build the capabilities they need to oversee sustainability-related information, with a particular focus on nature-related information, and how they can use it in strategic decision-making.
