UK And Singapore Strengthen Collaboration In Sustainable Finance And FinTech

The United Kingdom (UK) and Singapore held the 9th UK-Singapore Financial Dialogue in Singapore today. Both countries discussed collaboration opportunities in priority areas such as sustainable finance and FinTech and innovation, and exchanged views on recent developments in non-bank financial intermediation (NBFI) as well as efforts to improve cross-border payment connectivity.

Joint statement from LSEG, PRI, UN SSE and WBCSD on ISSB standards

120 investors, companies, industry associations and stock exchanges have signed on to a call for commitment from relevant authorities across jurisdictions to adopt the ISSB standards. The endorsed statement was developed jointly by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), the PRI, the United Nations Sustainable Stock Exchanges initiative (UN SSE) and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD).
