SPX is a private entity owned by eight shareholders, including licensed stock brokerage firms and institutional investors. It has two fully owned subsidiaries:
Central Share Registry Pte Limited (CSRL): Fijis first central registry, offering registry and corporate action services to listed and unlisted companies.
SPX Trustees Limited (SPXT): Licensed trustee for corporate bond issuances under the Companies (Wholesale Corporate Bonds) Regulations 2021.

About the stock exchangeThe South Pacific Stock Exchange (SPX) is Fijis sole licensed securities exchange,
operating under the Companies Act 2015 and regulated by the Reserve Bank of Fiji. SPX
Headquarters is located in Suva, Fiji.

As a key pillar of Fijis financial sector, SPX facilitates capital formation by providing a
transparent and efficient platform for primary market issuances and secondary market
trading of securities.

With its future in focus, SPX is strategically positioning itself as a dynamic, modern, and
