Workshop Details

To provide markets with high-quality training on nature-related financial disclosures, this pilot training was developed in collaboration with the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) and will feature guest speakers S&P Global.

The training is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and tools to understand and address nature-related dependencies, impacts, risks and opportunities in line with the TNFD Recommendations.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand why nature is relevant for your organisation
  • Identify what resources are available to manage & disclose nature-related issues
  • Understand how to identify, assess and manage nature-related issues
  • Understand who requires this information and how to best integrate into public disclosures

Who Should Attend?

This pilot is open only to employees of UN SSE Partner Exchanges, SSE Official Supporters, IKI-TNFD project capacity building partners, and other recognized UN SSE or TNFD partner organizations.

This pilot is being offered ahead of rollout of the training in 2026 with SSE Partner Exchanges. It will provide exchanges with the opportunity to build their understanding of nature-related issues before hosting the training in their markets, and for exchanges and wider stakeholders to contribute their feedback in order to inform the global rollout of the training. Participants will receive a certificate of appreciation for taking part in the training.

Market participants wishing to join a training workshop should subscribe to the SSE mailing list to receive updates about future sessions upon rollout of the programme globally in 2026.
